"A huge thank you to my instructor Bob Evans, I passed first time after a break from driving of 4 years and I only got 3 minors! Bob is very patient, friendly and knows his stuff, easily the best driving instructor I.ve ever encountered. I.ve already recommended him to all my friends thinking about taking lessons. Not only did I pass my test but I.m actually a much better driver now so some of your advice has definitely stuck. Once again thank you, its such a joy to be back on the road again!"

"Drivers were my lifeline after being with another driving instructor for 5 lessons who was frankly appaling in comparison to the amount of support and professionalism drivers as a school hold. My instructor Dereck was incredible and even after not having lessons for a year he made sure i passed first time so i wouldn't have to resit my theory. Im impressed with the incredible amount of confidence he had with me though i was not very confident behind the wheel for a long time. "Just a quick comment to let you know how pleased I am to be able to let you know that I passed my driving test this morning. I felt that I had to write to you in praise of my driving instructor, Martin Meredith. He proved to be just the ticket! At the outset, I rang Drivers to ask for an experienced driving instructor. It wasn.t that I was a nervous pupil, rather that I was very hard on myself whenever I made a mistake and couldn.t let my mistakes go, resulting in the rest of my driving suffering as a consequence. You sent me the just right person. Martin won my trust right from the very start. He was very encouraging, his patience was endless, and he also had the good sense to inject humour into my lessons to encourage me to lighten up a bit. I went from dreading lessons (pre-Martin)to enjoying them. Although I know I will continue to learn to drive over time, I am very aware that my success is down to Martin.s approach. Thanks to Drivers, too, for choosing the correct instructor for me. It really has made all the difference. "I have had lessons with two companies, including Drivers. My instructor was Sam. He was extremely reliable! Always on time for lessons, most times even a little early. And i always got a full hour lesson! My only regret is that i didn't go to Drivers first. Sam is a very friendly instructor and makes you feel very confident and comfortable. Drivers as a company were also VERY helpful..always sending me tips and advice via post and email. I would highly recommend them to anyone..they are friendly, patient and very encouraging...everything a nervous driver could want! Thank you for giving me the confidence to take and pass my test!"

"My lessons were made very enjoyable by an extremely competent driving instructor. He always made me feel at ease and reassured me when I made a mistake. He never missed a trick even if I tried to worm my way out of it and always gave me constructive criticism where necessary. As far as my test is concerned they were horrendous each time; the only advise I can give other pupils is think of the spider and Robbie Burns - ie. if at first you don't succeed try try again. Never, Never give up and if you have Dave Mason as your instructor just have faith in him he is fantastic and along with both his experience and patience and I suppose your patience and money as well you get through. Once again thanks Dave and thanks Drivers for employing him."
