The following information details our terms and conditions regarding services provided by Drivers (GB) Ltd. Please read this carefully because it may be of importance to you.

Motorcycle, Fleet and ORDIT Instructor Training Courses run over a one week period. If Drivers (GB) Ltd. decides any extra training is required, it will be offered to the trainee free of charge.

Any payment received for all courses training to be a Driving Instructor, Motorcycle instructor, Fleet Trainer or ORDIT Trainer (our career routes) are non refundable. However, if you the individual fail to attend or complete a course we will be offer you a new course date.

Driving Lessons: As is the case with the whole of the Driving Instruction industry, all of our instructors are franchisees with Drivers GB Ltd and as such are self employed. The pupil should pay the instructor directly and the instructor will be responsible for conducting those lessons. Regarding lesson cancellations by the pupil, the standard requirement throughout the industry and with Drivers GB Ltd is at least 48 hours. Notice must be given by the pupil directly to the instructor, otherwise the instructor has the discretion to charge for the lessons booked. This applies with all Drivers GB Ltd franchised instructors. All pre-payments made for block bookings of lessons will offered by the instructor at a discounted price. As such these pre-payments are only refundable at the discretion of the instructor. A second test fee will be free of charge to the pupil provided the pupil has had a minimum of 29 hours of tuition with the same Drivers GB Ltd franchised instructor, has passed a mock test with that instructor after these lessons and has a minimum of 10 hours of tuition after the first test and prior to the second test with the sames Drivers GB Ltd Franchse Instructor. Lessons booked, paid for and taken by the pupil act as a direct agreement between the pupil and the Drivers GB Ltd Franchise Instructor only. Should any dispute arise the Drivers GB Limited will act as a mediator and endeavour to ensure both parties are content with the outcome as far as is possible.

Intensive Courses: As with all lessons, all prepayments are non refundable for intensive courses. We are basing the requirements of what course is appropriate on the information supplied by the pupil. The instructor reserves the right not to take the pupil to test if the pupil does not reach a satisfactory as deemed by the instructor.
